Day 01 Arrival at BANGALORE
Upon arrival meet our representative, Garland welcome and assistance, drive to the Hotel, where we stay overnight. Bangalore, now known as Bengaluru, is the capital city of Karnataka in south India. Bangalore is a city of salubrious climate, and always bubbling with life and energy, representing a potpourri of people and culture. One of India's largest cities, it's earned several names such as Silicon Valley of India, Pub Capital of India, Air Conditioned City, and City of Gardens. Bangalore was known as Pensioners' Paradise, prior to the IT revolution. Now, the city is a wonderful blend of past and present.

Day 02 BANGALORE TO HASSAN
After breakfast , we proceed to Hasan (200 km/ 5 hrs). Check into the Hotel.
After lunch we proceed for the sight seeing trip to Belur & Halebeed, the Hoysala temples at Halebid and Belur are widely acknowledged as being among the best examples of Hindu architecture in India. Their sculptural decoration rivals that of Khajuraho (Madhya Pradesh) and Konark (Orissa), and the best of European Gothic Art.

Day 03 HASSAN TO COORG (Medikeri)
After breakfast we drive towards Coorg (140 km / 4 hrs). Madikeri (at Coorg) is a well known hill station for tourists in Karnataka. It is situated 252 km from Bangalore, and it is the headquarters of the district Kodagu. It has mesmerizing mountain ranges all over with luscious greenery and the tranquil waters of the Cauvery River flowing through the hilly area. En route visit famous Tibetan settlement & The Golden Temple( Kushal Nagar).

Day 05 COORG TO KABINI (Nagarhola)
Morning after breakfast we drive to Kabini (140 km/4 hrs) is one of the most popular wildlife destinations of Karnataka, probably because of its easy accessibility, lush green landscape surrounding a large picturesque lake, and fantastic sightings of large herds of elephants. It is 80 km away from Mysore and 205 km from Bangalore, and comprises the south-eastern part of Nagarole National Park. Situated on the banks of River Kabini, this forest reserve is spread over 55 acres of forestland, steep valleys, and water bodies. Once a private hunting lodge of the Maharaja of Mysore, Kabini was a popular shikar hotspot for British Viceroys and Indian royalty. Now it is considered to be one of the best wildlife sanctuaries in Karnataka, famous for its spectacular wildlife and bird life.

Day 07 KABINI (Nagarhola) TO MYSORE
Morning after breakfast drive to Mysore (80 Km/2 hrs), The palaces and royal garden of Mysore, ‘The Jewel of Karnataka’, provide glimpses of its past grandeur.. Mysore is well known for its Silk also.. After lunch visit Mysore Palace & Chamundi hills.., the Maharaja’s Palace is one of the largest in the country, embellished with stunned glass and domes and turrets giving it an ethereal air. We enjoy our afternoon sightseeing tour visiting the Maharajas Palace, completed in 1912, dominates the centre of Mysore. The building is a synthesis of Hindu and Sarancenic architecture, designed by Henry Irwin, a British architecture. Later visit the Chamundi Hill lies just outside the city and is topped by a temple to Chamundi, the Raja chosen deity. Half way up the hill, sits a huge granite statue of Nandi, the bull, Lord Shiva’s vehicle, and the route is dotted with other minor shrines.

Day 08 MYSORE
After breakfast we proceed 35km to Somnathapur where you can see the famous 13th century temple well known for its great architectural beauty. The star shaped temple with three shrines named after Prasanna Chenna Keshava is the latest and well-preserved heritage of hoysala architecture for a sightseeing. Also visit the summer palace of Tipu Sultan at Srirangapatna. En route visit St. Philominas Church & Devraja Market.

Day 09 MYSORE TO KOTAGIRI
Today after having your breakfast drive towards the Nilgiri hills, Kotagiri ( 200 km/6 hrs). One of the three popular hill stations in the Nilgiris, Kotagiri is quintessential plantation country. Situated at an elevation of 5882 ft, the hill station is located in Nilgiris district of Tamil Nadu. Kotagiri is about 29 km east of Ooty and 19 km northeast of Coonoor. Kotagiri is relatively less known today but it was the first region to be settled by the British during the Raj. It was the first choice of British officials from the Madras Presidency as a summer retreat.

Day 11 KOTAGIRI TO TRICHY
After breakfast we proceed towards Tiruchirapally or Trichy (280 km /6hrs) ,situated on the banks of the Cauvery River, in ancient times it was home to the Cholas, the Pallavas and the Pandyas. Trichy is built around the 83 m high Rock Fort, which is almost 3,800 million years old.
On the way you can witness the celebrations of festival (Mattupongal) in the villages.

Day 12 TRICHY TO KARAKKUDI
Today after breakfast we visit Sriranga Temple, Rock Fort and there after drive to Karaikudi (110 km / 2 ½ hrs). The Nattukottai Chettiyars was a prosperous banking community that was successful in overseas business in South and Southeast Asia during the 19th and early 20th centuries. It is the members of this business community that built and then lived in many, but not all, of the historical buildings in the area.

Day 14 KARAKKUDI TO KUMABAKONAM
Today after breakfast we proceed to Kumbakonam (150 km/ 3 ½ hrs). On the way visit Tanjore , the overwhelming temple of Brihadisvara Temple built in 1000 A.D, and also visit the Maratha Palace built in 1636 in the Indo-Mugal style. Also visit the Bronze casting…
After sight seeing we drive towards Kumbakonam ,this city of divine strife of South India situated in Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu. It is a fertile area situated on the banks of river Cauvery and one of its tributaries Arasalaru. The district has an ethos that is representative of the rural aesthetic tradition that, on the whole, still marks the life there.

Day 15 KUMBAKONAM TO PONDICHERRY
Morning after breakfast we proceed to Podicherry, (150 km/4 hrs) en route visit Darasuram & Gangaikondacholapuram. Darasuram famous for its picturesque temple town of Kumbakonam in Thanjavur district which is located at 3 kilometers from the temple. Airavateswara Temple which is the most attractive landmark of the place is a beautifully carved temple from the Chola era.
Then continue to drive to Pondicherry also known as Puducherry, it’s ambience is not influenced or dominated by one fabulous heritage monument or by amazing natural surroundings, except perhaps the sea. puducherry itself has its distinct French colonial atmosphere across the sugarcane groves and casurrina plantations.

Morning after breakfast , we drive to Mahabalipuram ( 100 km/ 2hrs). Upon arrival check-into the Hotel. Afternoon visit Arjuna’s Penance, is a bas relief sculpted on the face of two enormous adjacent rocks, 29 metres long and seven meters high, the Mandapas - are failry shallow pillared halls or porticos excavated out of the rocky hillside, The Rathas - these mid seventh century monolithic temples were influenced by Buddhist architecture as they resemble the monastery. The Shore Temple by the sea is surrounded by gardens designed according to descriptions of the original layout from ancient texts.
