DAY 1 & 2  ARRIVAL  TO  COLOMBO    TO BENTOTA

Pick up from Katunayake, Bandaranayake International Airport to Bentota, located in the South along with the Eastern Coasts of Sri Lanka home to some of the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches with the surf option in Sri Lanka, where you spend the rest of the day at the hotel, selected star class hotel. DAY 3  YALA NATIONAL PARK

Day 3 - After breakfast leave Bentota in the morning and check in to selected star class hotel, situated at the Kirinda bordering the Yala Wildlife Sanctuary and the ocean. With 10 acres of jungle life and miles of beach, a true nature resort of untamed beauty with luxury.

On Day 4 a visit to Kataragama, one of the most popular and sacred pilgrimage sites of Sri Lanka.

On Day 5 After breakfast, from the hotel you can take a ride to have a closer experience with the wildlife. This Yala National Park is the 2nd largest and most visited national park in Sri Lanka. The place consists of a variety of wild animals and notable for its Elephants, Leopards, and Colorful Birds.

DAY 4 & 5  NUWARAELIYA

After breakfast leave for Nuwaraeliya in the morning, which is the heart of the Tea country located at an elevation of approximately 1980 meters in the central highs, which offer north tropical and cool mountain climate? In the nights the temperatures fall low enough to produce a frosty atmosphere. Stay 2 nights at the selected star class hotel and before check in visit Adam’s Peak and other desired locations. Return back at the hotel and have an elegant high tea or sip off brandy by a blazing fire in the evening.

DAY 6 & 7  KANDY

Day 8 Morning departs to Kandy, located 488 meters above sea level, which consists of the last strong hold of the Sri Lankan Monarchy and the home to the Sacred Tooth Relic. Stay two nights with breakfast and at the selected star class hotel, constructed on the place formerly known as Dunuvilla Wallauwa (ancestral home with a touch of Sri Lankan History).

On Day 9 After breakfast you are welcome to tour the city by visiting places such as the Dalada Maligawa, the greatest attraction of the city and other sites such as Vishnu devale, Nutha Devale, Puttvi Devale, Wel Bodhiya and other cultural/religious sites and also take a walk through the Udawattekela Sanctuary.

DAY 8 & 9         SINGIRIYA

Day 10 after breakfast, depart to Sigiriya, a vivid naturist heaven filled with local species, and the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the monkeys gazing amongst the branches and a vast wood lands. Also have a good view point to the Sigirya Citadel.

Day 10/11 at your own leisure, with breakfast.

DAY 10  & 11  POLONARUWA

After breakfast, depart to Polonaruwa, Both days can be used to visit Polonaruwa the medieval capital of Sri Lanka, also the location where many monks have recorded and written early history on the Thuparama Gal Potha (Stone Book), and visit other places such as the Parakrama Samudra Royal Palace, the Kiri Vihara, Gal Vihara – the rock shrine and other sights. Check in selected star class hotel with breakfast.

DAY 12  &  13   TRINCOMALEE

Day 14 After breakfast leave for Trincomalee, a port city on the east coast of the finest natural deep – water harbor and of one of its kind in the world. Trincomalee is one of the main centres of Tamil speaking culture. Trinco is also referred to as Gokauna or Gorkana in the old times. Stay two nights with breakfast and at the selected star class hotel, when you can spend time under the warm sun, pristine white sand and get your feet wet or have a swim on the gentle waves slip softly to shore and a tropical heaven and after breakfast on

Day 15 you can take a visit to Batticaloa.

DAY 14  ANURADHAPURA

Day 17 After breakfast leave for Anuradhapura, a part of the cultural triangle which compromises Buddhism and apart of its origins. This location also consists of Royal and religious structures such as the Lowamahapeya, Kalaweva, Sri Mahabodhi and many more structures. Check in at selected star class hotel for 2 nights on Bed & Breakfast basis.

On Day 18 After breakfast you are welcome to tour the city by visiting such places and at your own

leisure.

DAY 15  COLOMBO

After breakfast and a few good days of travel, return back to Colombo, and stay 2 nights at the selected star class hotel. Enjoy your day at leisure. Here, you have the opportunity for fine dining, shopping and have a dash of urban buzz.
